The staff here was exceptional! Nicole and LaDonna went above and beyond to assure we were well taken care of. And a shout out to Shannon, the maintenance man. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast surpassed my expectations. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. The options were plentiful. There is nowhere else we would stay when we go back to Eden. Thank you all.

It was awesome to have a breakfast bar again with bagels and fresh fruit. They also had avocado which I thought was a nice addition. Everything was fresh and the fruit was individually packaged which I really liked. Did not use the pool but it was very well taken care of.

Not a bad little hotel for work. clean rooms, decent towels, pretty quiet and the staff are excellent. Everyone I interacted with listened and seemed like they wanted to be there...odd for the times we are in.

Clean, easy access, close to gas stations and retail store. Staff was wonderful. Cassandra at the front desk was amazing. She was helpful, friendly and very pleasant. She made checking in and breakfast worth our stay. Breakfast was great and a wide variety to choose from. 5 star

The hotell was very quiet and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was ok, breakfast room very clean. Coffee always available.

We arrived right in the middle of a huge storm and while getting to the room we left our keys in the locked car. It was a Sat night and we tried calling numerous places to come unlock the car. None responded. Ron, the night manager, was very helpful but when we told him we couldn't get anyone to respond, he literally called AAA on his personal account and they promised to send someone in about 30 min. Sadly and surprisingly to both Ron and us, AAA couldn't reach anyone either. It was an extraordinary gesture and effort on Ron's part. We were so impressed how he went the extra mile. All was worked out the next day and we left knowing that Baymont has an extraordinary employee in Ron. Thank you Ron!

The staff was kind of courteous room is always clean front desk people were very kind and very helpful continental breakfast was very good only wish the pool was open. I have no complaints except maybe pricing everybody’s on a budget nowadays. Thank you for your service.
